Who can request the Foreign Business Report?
The Foreign Company Report can be requested by anyone on any company located outside of Italy, provided that you know the identification data of the company on which you intend to obtain the document, and provided that you also know the place where the company has established its registered office.
To request the Foreign Business Report, you only need to fill out the form by entering the following information:
- name/company name;
- tax code/VAT number.
- country where the company is based;
- area in which the country where the company's registered office is located is inserted(*)
What does the Foreign Business Report contain?
The data contained in the Foreign Report are:
- Company personal and identification data;
- Activities that the company deals with;
- Company headquarters;
- Business employees;
- Membership of the company in other groups;
- Representatives and Partners of the company;
- Main indicators of the company's balance sheet;
- Company balance sheet filed in the last year;
- Negative events;
- Extraordinary events;
- Corporate shareholdings;
- Reliability of the foreign company so-called “Rating” with risk assessment.
When to request the Foreign Business Report
Requesting the Foreign Business Report is useful:
- to find out the actual and current economic/financial situation of a company based outside of Italy;
- to find out about any negative events affecting a legal entity located abroad;
- to assess the reliability of a potential business partner located in a foreign country;
Processing times
Get the document in digital format in “URGENT” mode in 10 minutes or in “Standard” mode within 1 hour. The times refer to the delivery of the document on working days from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00;
